THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE COMPANY DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT PARTICIPATION IN THE 7 DAY MLO PROGRAM WILL RESULT IN PASSING THE NMLS SAFE EXAM, LICENSURE, OR ANY SPECIFIC OUTCOME.

Educational success depends on individual effort, preparation, time commitment, and external testing conditions. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of the Site.

10. Third-Party Services & Refund Policy

The Company is not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party providers (including payment processors such as Stripe). Refunds, if any, are governed solely by the Company's published Refund Policy. No refunds will be issued more than thirty (30) days after purchase.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
